im unsure if this 7875 is any better than the 7665 even though it should be, they feel like the same turbo lol...

i only want 600 ish, 700 tire would be nice as that would be very fast with this 3200 lb truck lol

but honestly itll get kicked out with 3200lbs and 550whp anyway

i weighed in and wanted to run a gen3 computer, not a newer ecu, so most of my stuff wouldnt work anyway, i figured, while i was at it, why not wire in boost ****, traction control, and some other features etc

Very cool progress... We'll have to talk tomorrow about what it takes to mod a Ford 8.8 to work in an f-body with the torque arm and keeping traction control.

See you tomorrow.

There's tons of guys in the KS/OK/TX region running 8.8s fabbed up for fbodys. I have one for my car - came in another I bought a while back and I swapped it before selling to run in my build. It's a 8.8 center section with about 4" of original ford axle tubes, then a donor 10 bolt is used and the axle tubes/ends are used and welded to the ford tube ends. A torque arm mount bracket is welded to the housing. Mine has an eaton posi, I'm putting 3.27 factory ford gears back in it (3.73s in it currently) and it has 4 channel backing plates and stock 4 channel axles in it. I don't have a need for the 4 channel stuff because my car is a 3 channel, but I may try and tap the housing for the stock 3 channel sensor, and ditch the stock axles for some nicer moser pieces. I'm sure you can find a shop in your area that could help you out with the fab work, its pretty simple really.

That's what I'm looking for. Something on the less expensive side, as spending ~$3000 for a rear is just not going to happen.
