Default New SBE record 8.19@167
Norwalk Ohios, NMCA shootout

I was finally able to get after the tune and take advantage of the track surface and make major strides in my previous best of 8.41.




Combo is:
3250lb s10
leaf spring suspension
295 radials
glide with 3.50 rear gear
2005 iron 5.3, no block filler, no aftermarket main or rod bolts
pump E85, no intercooler
31psi

This shortblock has been a brute, 4 seasons of countless NMCA true street races, 2013 drag week, Well over a hundred 8 sec passes. Looking forward to going on dragweek again in 2 weeks.

What fuel you using? Was not trying to take away anything from you at all. Takes a bunch of effort and know how to do what you did.
