Is Forced Inductions dot com still in business? I sent them my PT7675 several weeks ago with all the information. I sent it priority with insurance and the tracking info showed it arrived. I've yet to get a phone call or email from them, even though they were both filled out on the official forced inductions downloaded form. Plus, I emailed all the info to their contact site. I've called twice, once 6 days ago (gent said everyone was gone, he'd contact me soon though. Never happened), then just now when it's their normal business hours and got voice mail.
Is this standard practice for shops?

They just emailed me. They said they indeed got it and they'll be tearing it down this week. They've been behind because of the holiday (Thanksgiving) and people taking time off.

Weird, I've always had quick and easy interactions with Jose. He just refreshed my GT55 and had it turned around pretty quickly. I send everyone with turbo needs to him, FI is one of the best in the business IMO
OK....so the question is:
Who else can custom build a turbo. Rebuild and repair turbos.
What other company can we go with. Because hell if I'm waiting that damn long for what I need. I was going to use them. I emailed them yesterday with questions and pricing.
