Microsquirt NOT RPM SYNCED

When i first made the harness for microsquirt on a boosted 5.3 with one of the sloppy mechanic tunes (turbo 5.3 w/80lbs injectors and pump gas) it started right up and ran great then i go to start it the next day and it wont start because the rpms weren't syncing. I then switched out the crank sensor and that did not work. I pulled apart all of the wiring and re did all of it and then it started again just fine. Well now i went to start it again today and once again it wont start and is still not syncing rpms. I haven't touched anything since it last ran and everything seems to be getting power so could it just be a faulty circuit board or did i do something wrong???

What size fuse are you running for the coils and crank position sensor? I have a harness made by another guy on tech that only used 10 amp fuses. They blew after a few wide open throttle blasts. Check those and then PM me your number and I can talk you through a few things to check.

I got it running again and it must have just been something simple since all i did was check fuses and i unplugged the crank sensor and plugged it back in and sure enough it fired right up. Also i am running a 20 amp fuse for the ignition wires. Im not sure if it will fire up tomorrow but aatleast i know what to do if it does the same thing again lol. Thank you.

Also generally crank rpm must be above 250 to sync

like aknovaman said if its not hitting enough rpms you either need to adjust it in setting if its close or figure out your slow crank if its really off
