I think it would get to the 650 range on higher boost. Do you have this already? Get a 171702 borg part number if your wanting to use a t6 turbine and its 75mm compressor side and give you room to grow.

171702 how efficent would this be for a smaller cube LS1? Whats the difference between a T4 and T6? physical size? I will be making the hotside so I can place the turbo anywhere.

Holy mismatched compressor/turbine, Batman!

That turbo looks like it was setup for someone who plans to make 600whp on boost and throw a 250 shot on top of it, especially if its a cast wheel.

This is why I posted haha. They call it the S470 at Jegs from Borg Warner... I'm trying to find a decent budget reliable turbo.

That is the standard S475 that everyone uses.

You can opt for the 83mm turbine wheel on the S475 for about the same cost (depending on vendor). The stock S475 turbine is kind of big.

They are plenty of other places that sell the same turbo. Try Forced Inductions.

The 171702 borg part number is the one everyone is using and the specs listed above. They can be had for around 700 all day long. It will do anything you need for the most part. Its a little large but you said your making the hotside so no biggie.

I can get this turbo discounted for $5XX new, which is why I want to use Borg Warner for my build. I just found there site confusing trying to find the correct size for a LS1.

Borg Warner has a nifty online matchbox that is easy to use and has tutorial videos to go with it.

The only T4 I could find was in the $1XXX range. Is a T6 overkill? It's 346 with 317's, BTR cam and Springs, ls6 intake, e85
