Default Turbo oil feed line restrictor question

Question....... I ordered hose kit for my twin tubos. The feed flange that connects to the turbo and a restrictor and it's really small. I'm nit comfortable with using it. It is recommend to use this style or go with a regular 4AN opening?

Journal bearing turbos, don't run a restrictor. Ball bearing turbos, run a restrictor.

Just for input, my ball bearing Turbonetics turbo recommends not using a restrictor from the manufacturer.
Not you saying you can't just that they don't recommend it.

And that's probably because it's built into the oil inlet of the turbo.

Journal bearing turbo here, running restrictor as instructed....running like a champ. Personally I think it depends on the volume of oil pumped.
