Oil and water. Totally fine... Assuming that's all there was. If there's a ton of it you might have an issue.

I ran nothing but E85 and my catch can just get full of water.

Blowby- catch can doing it's job, that is why we put them on in the first place

yea, your fine. Its oil vapor mixing with condensation under the valve covers most likely.

If it's green and smells like coolant it might be something to worry about. Looks green to me but I'm a little color blind.

Mine looked a lot worse than that when I was on E85. E85 makes for some funky catch can mixtures.
