Car has a converter and cam, pump gas 93, 80# injectors. No build thread, it's an ls1 pulled from a junkyard. 16# of boost, precision turbo. It's the same converter I have in my car. Its geared correctly and the fella drives it like its a rental.

Not salty, as I have no need to be. Just being honest, your car is slow, just as mine is (track wise). Not really sure where the salty part fits in. Later man.

Now ive just added a ptc single disk, forged engine, custom grind cam, new suspension and lost 150#, still slow AF I’m sure.

Pretty rediculous for sure, should have just ignored it. I’m just mind blown why anyone is trying to compare a cam stall car to a car with stock cam/converter. Be like me going over to the the guys with bone stock fbodys and asking them why they are so slow and using my car as the benchmark for what they should be running. Silly

Caught me off guard for sure man, I’ve talked with you a bunch of different times in a bunch of different threads and always. Had good conversations, wasn’t sure where the sudden shade was coming from, or why. I never claimed the car was fast, just that for a car with stock cam, stock converter,stock engine, 11.4@126 is doing pretty well. Of course I’m there are tons of SBe cars seconds faster than that, I know this. But pretty rare to see as “fast” as mine with stock everything and boost only. A convert swap would have put it in the 10’s. I almost regret changing it up, I really wanted to try for 10’s stock cam/converter.

Thats wfat I thought. Thought it would be a sweet daily, awesome camping rig, plenty of power to tow and store my jack and tools inside, and I have 3 kids, the wife, and 2 dogs, so we all fit comfortably now. I built my own remote start and everything, it’s a pretty sweet rig lok
