I'm wondering what kind of tensioner setup you are running stock?

The way they explained it to me is that they carry all the stardard industry sizes. They are a belt manufactor, so they have special order sizes that have to have a mold made to produce the belt in. Now it would cost to much for us to have ask for a certain size that they would have to create a mold for. But they have large companys wanting special sizes and are will ing to pay for the making of a belt mold. So they hold onto these and can produce sizes other that the standard sizes, not every size but a lot more than just the standard sizes. Such as the standard sizes for the cogs are 960 and 1040, but they have a mold for a 1000 belt. I have a couple of the 1000 belts but have yet to use/try them. They cost around $30 each from them. Also they can produce the belt out of different material so tell them what your doing with it if you call them.

i'm still getting a vibration around 4k rpm, dunno if it's belt tension or allignment issues.
it'll be interesting to see how others are doing.

that vibration is the belt skipping over the cog blower pulley teeth

It sucks, mark (blwnta) has the best setup so far w/the ASP deal, he had to order different stuff and had an extra tensioner put on the bracket, gave it more belt wrap
