Default BMR Turbo K users

Hey guys. Mocking up my new T4 AC kit and looking at k members. I was going to run the BMR turbo k but BMR says do not use solid mounts with it and the HSP doesn't have a flex joint so not sure if it will move enough with poly mounts to cause issues or possibly heat from the downpipe cause issues? Anyone use solids and could shed some light which ones will work?

I can't help you but I had to sell my UMI and get the BMR per Jon at Huron. I have a few pictures on that sway bar question thread that may or may not help you but worth a minute of your time to see.

Not as helpful as I hoped but if you don't get an answer PM me a number and I'll take or dig through my picture collection.

You have the same kit? Downpipe out the back? Any issues with the poly? How long have you had the kit on?

I know its not the V3 kit since I'm using the V1 kit but I've had poly mounts in mine for four years without issue and the down pipe runs right past the mount along with the exhaust manifold.
The down pipe is wrapped but the manifold is not.
The car gets regularly street beaten as well so I'd feel totally comfortable recommending a poly mount with HSP's kits.
