Very nice! Loves the car previously and it should be a monster now. How much power do you think that motor is good for? It's still a K1 crank correct? 1500 rwhp max is what I've seen from them based on my research. Your set up should be capable of making significantly more than that given the turbo.

I planned to switch the crank but I know a guy with a k1 crank and h beams running 7.1@195 and 200 pounds heavier than I am. He has run that rotating assembly for 4-5 years being in the 7's the entire time.
I think I can make it last a bit.
Ill make my all out runs count haha

I personally feel like that is a a sign of being real aggressive with it even being a 6 bolt and all that. I havent ran anymore than 13 degrees of timing in mine.
When I run the half mile events Im only down on 9-10 degrees and 11.6/11.7 afr.
Ive never hurt a piston, crank or rod with my gentle tuning theory.
We have a turbo. Lets make the power with the turbo. Excessive timing is just going to hurt things.

What shifter is that Kenny? I will street drive mine some also and I know you have so the shifter must be good for that in your car
Its just the hurst pistol grip rmvb. it can be used for 2 or 3 speed. I love it. Its beefy. I shift pretty for some reason and its held up. Ive broke the round shafts off before lol

I own a small shop in a small town. So I pick and choose work through the year. Ls swaps in classic cars and cam/tuning jobs.
Winter time I slow down up here in the snow belt so I get quite a bit of time to tinker.
