SD-Concepts Tensioner shines today P1 blower with 3.4 pulley on a bone stock motor / bone stock exhaust car.
13psi at 6000rpm!!!!
the car is getting longtubes and valve springs stat and we will see what it will do. right now it's just so corked up it's not even funny. plus you see valve float o rama by 5200 rpm.
this is my Half-*** Racing custom ATI kit I put together now living in it's new home in the 2002 A4 of the guy who bought the setup from me.
So ATI guys if you don't have this tensioner setup and you want to make some good boost get the SD setup. Period!

Damn...... 52,455 rpms on the blower head unit..... not bad....... i saw 11 psi at 49,473 with the MMS crank pulley and a 4" blower pulley on a stock bottom end, LT's and baby cam (212/218)....... I hoping to see where my SDCE kit is at boost wise late the following week.

Finally gave up on the cogs. Lee at ASP was a stand-up guy for myself and Tom on the whole issue. Ordered the SDCE kit on Friday, should have some idea of what I can put down later this month or early August.

Although I think a 52" or 52.5" would be optimal.
Now that the belt has stretched a bit it goes on easy but when the belt was brand new we had to really work to get the belt on.
with this belt the tensioner is all the way over to the left as far from the stop as could be. LOL! but it seems to be working just dandy.

BlwnTA, I have made about 15 passes on mine with absolutely no problems at all. This set up works

Thanks for the info heath, I will try out the 51.5 next if I don't see any gain from maxing out the tensioner on the 52.5 that I have now.

I got the one from checker auto, the 5080525 poly cog. I have the Gatorback on order from summit, I ordered that on 6/28 and still haven't got it oh well it was on BO. That one is suppose to be a 52.5 too.
