Default 04 Silverado going boost

Well I bought this 4 door from a buddy of mine. It already came pretty quick, had a 6.2 l99 fbo heads cam, I ended up adding a built 4l80 and triple disk 3600 turbo stall and made around 425hp to the wheel. But of course I wanted more so decided to take out the ole l99 and went with a lq9. Adding a btr stage 2 single turbo cam with dual springs, added Johnson lifters, Melling oil pump, dual timing chain, 210# injectors, 90mm Tb, dual 450 pumps, Holley 92mm hi ram intake, Holley 8an 8an 6an regulator, 80mm vs racing billet turbo, 44mm bov and wastegate. Going to run a tru boost controller from aem, a/f gauge and fuel pressure gauge also from aem. Will be posting pics as I go.

Cool thanks man🤙🏻 Got the heads torn off the 6.2(told the transmission builder not to put all the bolts in lol only wanted 4 cuz I was taking the motor out and he put all so made it easier this way) so forsure today the motor should be coming out, will be posting more pics today of yesterday’s and today’s progress, mind I’m no master mechanic and just doing all this with the help of ls1tech/google/YouTube lol, I’m just your average 26 year old do it yourself type of guy

Looks like a clean truck to start with. What's happening to the 6.2?

Well going a different route with the heads, found out these dart heads are milled .50, so way to much for boost, so want to ask should I go 706 or 317 heads? I have 706 heads here, but heard 317s are better?

My truck has the 706's on them. I say it you already have them, run them. The 706's have been shown to be very comparable to the 243's, but I guess if you're looking to drop c/r then the 317's.
