Sch 10!?! That makes things a bit tricky.
If you check my build thread there is a couple pics of hot I go about building a merge with 12-16 awg pipe. Couple measurements and markets. Some cute.. tacks.. and some work with a hammer to get things tight.
the thicker you go the less your able to bend/beat/mold the pipe to the flange shape.... and the more your going to have to measure and cut/fit to get things to line up. Pretty tricky if one is trying to take two round pipes and have them fit perfectly into that rectangular flange hole with no flange overlap into the pipes.
This is something I been wanting to make a video on for awhile. But super beefy pipe isn’t something over worked with too awful much
