Spark Plug Question
Spark Plug Question Swapped plugs out after a couple hundred miles on the new hotside/ECU and to me, the plugs seem to be too cold for the engine.
I had TR6 plugs in it prior, but switched to the BR7EF, gapped at .025
Thoughts?

14.0 afr commanded at idle.
If I was asking about WOT stuff, this is just asking about the sooty/carbon on plugs from a few hundred miles of daily driving.
Pump 93, target afr is 14.00 at idle and cruises at 14.5, WOT is 11.5 but have not done a WOT pull

Verdad Gallardo No provisions for widebands in each bank, single wideband for the holley in downpipe. But, that was a worry of mine, until all the plugs came out the same.
I could bump idle AFR a little, just started tuning it with remote tuner and I expressed I wanted it to be a conservative tune.

Not much to read on a plug that's been in the engine a couple hundred miles. If your cruise and idle are as lean as you can go and the AFR checks out at 11.3 to 12.5 during a WOT pull, its fine. If your putting in a new set do a quick pull and shut the engine down.... then pull the plugs to get a good read them. Even a few minutes at idle or cruise can muddy up a good plug reading. May add a simple inexpensive washer fluid injection kit. It will clean the CC/plugs quite a bit and has other benefits.
