Unless you’ve got a cool aftermarket tank or something do a surge tank. I’ve got a truck on the same chassis and below half a tank it starved for fuel which cost me a set of cylinder heads.

I see numerous post of people doing this with no issue, how was it starving for fuel below half a tank?
I don't really see this any different then if you order the kits that come with 2 pumps and fit into the factory location.

how are you keeping the pumps submerged in fuel? Did you cut the bottom of the bucket out? I sure hope not. The bucket is there for a purpose. Think about this, the tank is rectangle, running front to back. When you accelerate the fuel is sloshing to the rear. Slam on brakes, fuel sloshes to front. That whole time it’s uncovering the pumps especially if you less than 1/2-3/4 tank of fuel. The bucket acts as a surge tank. You put two pumps in it without increasing bucket size and you’ll suck it dry quickly. I have a much larger bucket with three one way inlets on mine. I’m sure they sell the proper setup for that truck. they don’t make anything affordable for my gto so I had to fabricate mine.

I would recommend a vs racing 7875. Almost identical in size to the 7665 but better everywhere for a ls2. The gt45 stuff gas a really old design turbine and it has trouble driving an 80mm compressor in my opinion.

I wouldn’t even consider a gt45 either.

yeh I did have to cut one piece but I'm going to fabricate something to go around that corner. I noticed some of the kits out there don't even have buckets. Why would they make them like that ? Also I put it back in the truck for now because I only work on it on the weekends when I'm off work and the truck seems to runs ok. It's less then half a tank

yeh I the thing is I can trade the turbo back into cx racing and get something different. I don't want to go out buying a turbo elsewhere when I have this option. They have many different ones but I'm just trying to figure out which one to go with. Why not the 76mm with the 96ar?

I'd use this one, if they have a billet wheel option it would be even better.

Either one really, I'd think the billet wheel unit would spool faster.
The last one you posted has a larger compressor housing I think so it will flow more air but a cast compressor wheel so spool might be slower but not enough for you to care really.
