Pull spark plugs: see if it will turn over. Report whether or not COOLANT issues from open spark plug holes..... Or FUEL....

my Buddy just told me the same thing, i plan on doing that first thing in the morning. He said it may have hydro locked?

If you are lucky it is a stuck open injector that let fuel lock up a cylinder, and the starter did not have enough power to damage any hard parts. Otherwise???

Broken at the oil ring , odd . Other lands intact? Haven't seen 1 Broken like that before

everything else seems to be fine, the sleeve doesnt looked damaged thankfully, hard to see in picture but piston is cracking in half

What's the plan? Find another SBE , swap cam and springs and put it in ?

this is the plan, there's no damage to the sleeve, head needs repaired also. Valve doesn't seal
