-the blowers look like Magnachargers because Eaton builds them. They are all Eaton supercharger bodies.
They are Magnuson Housings with Eaton internals
-the belt in the back has a screw you tighten to adjust tension. simple setup, works well.
80K belt life, tension is preset from the factory
-stock drive pulley on Magnachargers is typically a 3.5" one, good for 6-7 psi. I have a 2.90 pulley on mine, it makes around 8.5 to 9 psi.
Yeap!
-cooling system is all external. There is just an IC inside the manifold, and the hoses go into and out of the manifold to an external resevoir, then into an electric pump, thru the heat exchanger (mounted to front of radiator) and back into the intake. You can fill that resevoir with ice if you wish.
Yeap!
-the hp limits of this setup are based on how much air it can move. 500-530 rwhp would be about the max of them. You could slap it on a 427ci LS1 and it wouldn't make more power, it simply couldn't feed that size engine enough air.
Actually the restriction is not the blower, it is the stock TB and MAF, but then what do I know

BlownChevy- Thats some good info there. I am still on the fence for this one. I would love to have a similar setup but really need the extra ower output, like the KB delivers for the Slobrahs! Now, if I could spray ontop of this setup and get the results I needed, it would be glorious....other than the facts 1) it wouldnt be a single PA 2) I could get more power out of a traditional centri blower setup to make that power for less...But I love the instant torque, and quite frankly the look!

Does anyone know if a KB blower will bolt on to the eaton bolt patern? In other words when the lightning/cobra guys bolt on an upgraded charger do they have to change the intake?
I'd like to put down 600rwhp and I love the twin screw setup's so I was thinking of a magnacharger intake and a kenne bell charger, if the pully's would come out somewhere close. I'm gonna have to find a lightning/cobra to do some measuring on.
Nine Ball, would you mind taking some measurement's for me off of your 1st gen??
Thanks
Frank
