I copied this from Rick's original post on our board:

This is an 00 camaro SS with a D1SC procharger with one of our built motors. The motor is a stock stroke, 4.030 bore with a custom head and cam package by Synergy. Right now as the setup sits, he registers about 13 psi on the gauge. We also have our custom Front Mount intercooler and a race bypass valve. With all this we saw an impressive 687RWHP and 585RWTQ . This thing is a monster. The best part of this setup is that he is still running cats!!!! Now its time to pulley down one more time and go for 750!
I like the fact it was 91 octane. That's crazy.

BTW, I was checkin out your car in the LS1Tech calander last night. My buddy has the GTO in it and brought it buy for us to see. Car looks clean bro

With the stock stroke and the 4.030 bore, I think I remember calculating something around 370 CI's. The head unit is an ATI D1SC with out custom front mount and custom piping. Mondo Bypass valve. SDCE 8 rib setup. And about 13psi we saw on the dyno and on the street.

What are those numbers corrected since that figure is actual hp not SAE? It also looks like your peak hp # was recorded on a small spike from hitting the rev limiter, so the car is making about 670rwhp uncorrected.

Still badass #'s for 13psi!

Pretty sure it's the 3.7 pulley Kyle, I could be wrong though, they may have changed it since I last saw the car, have to wait for Rick to chime in. Mondo bypass for sheezy. M6 with a 12bolt. Heads and Cam Rick has the details. I do know they are both Synergy specs, not just off the shelf. Compression is 9:1. Didn't ask him how high he spun it.

It axtually didnt spike until the last run. The Wideband machine was frekaing out on a few other runs, but within 5 HP on other runs, she stayed flat and still made almost 687hp.

Corrected was 670, uncorrected was 687 which is what he drives around everyday on.

The heads are 6L of course, but on the heads I dumped all the money and research into the exhaust. I wasnt realy shooting for anything in the intake. I wanted exhaust. I think I hit upwards of like 86-89% intake to exhaust ratio. I wanted this motor to be as efficient as possible. I even gained around 40-50 average CFM all the way through the exhaust flow. Compression is 9:1 yes. The pistons are diamond with a coated top. manley rods, 6.125. Stock 6.0L crank. Stock 6.0L gaskets, ARP studs of course on main and heads. We ground a 224/232 cam for this app with a 116LSA and a 558/568 lift. I was shooting for closing the exhaust valve later. the valves are Ferrea with a backside radius on the exhaust valve.

Blower, D1SC, 3.4 pulley If I remember correctly.
OBX IC wth Mondo Bypass, Custom piping.

If it is a 3.4 pulley, then the 3.2 or even a 3.0 is on its way after today.

I have the 3.4" now but i havent put the pedal to the floor yet because of tuning. Im still tuned for the 3.7" pulley.....and the stock twins. I dont even think im going to tune with the 3.4" since i have a 3.3" in the mail to me..
I know that a 3.4" pulley is the smallest you can buy from ATI.... but you can get a 3.3" and a 3.2" from Richard Racing... How big is the piping?? 3"?? How high are you spinning the blower also becaus ei would like to figure out how fast you are spinning the blower.
Thanks
Kyle

Rev limiter is set @6500, so we spun it to that.

He has the auromotive fuel setup with the 1000hp pump. If I remember correctly he has the seimens 58lb injectors I think. I have to go look back at the logs from the dyno to see what duty cycle we hit, we just might have to step it up a notch....again.
