Default just put a rear mount on a 2000 c5

We just installed a 410 motor and a t-76 rear mount turbo on our 2000 c5 vette and it dynoed 755 horse and 815 torgue with 12-14 lbs of boost. The rear mount works great and only took about 2 days to install, also alot less money than the twin kit.

truck is running great, it should put out as much as the vette. Its a 383 with a t-76 but we are running about 22 lbs of boost on it. hope to dyno it soon.

How much lag is there with the turbo on that motor?

See if you can get a shot of the dyno graph too

there is hardly any turbo lag since the 410 is so torque. We had it dynoed at texas speed. I will try to get him to email me a dyno graph that way i will have it on my computer.

Man for the cost these rear mounts are really starting to rub me the right way....but I have to go 10's first on the ol ATI set up before I think about switching to a turbo.....

I talked to him today. The turbo is in the center where the exhaust tips were. He had to cut about 4 inches out above if I understand correctly. Other than the cutting part, the rest sounded pretty straight forward. Its almost worth the 6 hour drive from Dallas to Amarillo to check it out.

trtturbo, you should come check it out. its really only about a 4 1/2 hour drive from dallas.

it still has some of the center compartment, and it still has both sides compartments. If you open the trunk you cant tell anything has been changed if you have the cover for the center compartment. Even with out the center cover most would not know that it had been cut unless they paid real close attention.
