Just make sure not to cut very deep, I accidently nicked the power wires to the pump. Just take your time, it's really easy.

Man that looks like a lot of work for what takes and hour or so to drop it out the bottom especially on 99+ cars that have the plastic tank. I just droped mine not real issues did it in about 30minutes out and about the same going back in. I don't see the point for saving 20 minutes. But looks good Tiffany and Brian. The 98 cars with the metal tank is a little harder as the filler neck is attached by a metal neck and has to slide out to the side as well as down.

cool hahah it was ready to go the dyno...
noiw its getting ripped apart again..
new bult short block is now sitting in my garage!
i know i know did everything backward but at least now the turbo install on the new motor will be a breeze
