congrats awsome numbers
sounds like your going to be needing a parachute to keep it leagal now!
who? I just dont want to have to worry about it going empty or anything like that, and besides my new motor and setup are going to put down that on just pump so take that

Dave how long does the methanol last?

i dont have the displacement run 900 on pump gas alone. i hope you will have lots of it if thats your goal. good luck.

the methanol.. i probably used $1 worth on the 4 pulls i did total. it only runs when i'm above 5# boost. i think its very street since its the main component in windsheild washer fluid and i have it in my windsheild washer tank. i probably run a gallon through it every other week.. an extra $5 isnt too much to ask I dont think. *edit* i have a low level sensor installed in the tank so i know when its close to running out via red led.

i was telling the guys there i was just planning on getting the tune secure... and it was fine w/ my street tuning so i bumped it up to the next set point.. which was not what i thought i set it at.

i'm in richmond va.

intmd8.. does your volt booster hold over 15v for the entire time? either my alternator cant handle it or i have another issue

i'll find out how fast it will be next sat.

on the last pass i turned it back up for the crowd and unfortunately it spun and they wouldnt let people pile in the back.

the rpm where it hit overboost control was about 4800

the other pulls it was over 800rwhp from 4600 to 6200 rpm but i have to say it is still peaking earlier than i want... maybe intake or tb or heads restriction?

The whole point of methanol is for street use!

It's designed so you don't have to run race gas all the time. If I were to build a full on race car I wouldn't even bother with methanol unless it was methanol only and no gas. LOL

Dave,

Looking good.

I was thinking the MotoTron 60s had been pulled out but I wasn't sure what went in to replace them with the BS3 install?

Awesome. This reminds me of the camshaft thing, it happened by mistake but ended up working out fine. Nice numbers!

i dont know whats in the turbo. you would need to get with turbo people or turbo technology. i would hate to give up the nice spool it has for more hp but i probably would if i could.

i have 96#'s in and they went to 83% on one run because i was so rich. it may have been fuel pressure related since my voltage was down. but i can put some 160's in if necessary.. but dont plan on it.

Dave, you using tghe E-boost to switch on the meth? How much meth do you estimate you are using? Before I added my FMIC I used almost half a gallon on a 2hr trip home when I was playing with the turbo the first night I got it. After the FMIC it took me 2mos to use the same amount. Just wondering if I'll be back to dumping it in after my new combo is finished. LOL

Wont speak on the meth injection, because the meth helped him get there, water would have been a better choice imo. The other thing that is odd, is apparently the turbo got away from him, a SC would never do that, regardless they are awesome numbers and he is helping to prove me right. It is still 93 Oct.

Dont get cocky, I should have the both of you by the end of April. Still on pump and under 20psi.
