Max boost w/ motron 60s?

Default Max boost w/ motron 60s?

right now my setup is at 16psi and im using motron 60s. Im not sure if they're maxed out but i think they're close maybe 95%duty cycle( i think). Whats the most boost anyone has run with these injectors? Can i run more? Are there other factors involved? Would i have to get a standalone system to run more boost or should i just get bigger injectors?

right now im at 844rwhp@15psi on 116oct

They're stayin in there for now until i wanna max this turbo out, right now im just wondering what they're capable of. Can i run more boost?

what is your fuel pressure? assuming its around 70 psi due to a rising rate aeromotive, and base FP around 55 or so. you are good for 1014 fwhp at 100% these injectors hit 80% around 811 fwhp. they are done, get bigger ones or get ready for meltdown.

you have the 2 or 3 bar map setup from HPtuners right? you could get a converter box and get some big low impedence injectors in there. BUT they do have a high impedence 75 which at 80% are good for 1014 fwhp......

Yeah i 2nd that..... add some meth or raise the FP more or step up to the RC Engineering 75#ers or go with a standalone and run some low impedence injectors....
FWI i sold my 60's and went with 96#ers...... but im running BS3.

meth would probably be the cheapest route, that and bump up your fuel pressure some more.

well i email tom and he reccomended not takin that alum block any further so i guess thats it as far as power goes for awhile.

honestly dunno yet. I havent been given to much info on that stuff. I think it may be in Speed Incs Thread " Inital 3bar Results" from a month ago.
Tom said next ill have to go w/ an iron block and prolly the BS3 so i can run 20psi. still got 675rwhp on pump @11psi so thats not to bad either i guess

honestly, 675rwhp on pump gas is nothing to cough at. and 844 rwhp is frickin awesome. is it difficult getting used to all that power, or just takes time?

are you still on stock computer? cause i would be happy with those numbers for my setup, except i have 75# rc engineering inj's. i am hoping for more power though, plus im only gonna be on 91 oct. since gas out here is crap.

the cheap stations here have 93 but at your elevation it might not be needed

that and humidity is usually very low, but just cause its 110 outside and theres no humidity, does not mean it will not burn the skin from your flesh.

you have the 3 bar set up on your right.
have you heard much about the devolopment of it. last time i talked with HPT they said they were stuck working out some issues on it, i was wondering how far they were getting.
strange Tom said you would have to switch to BS3 to run 20psi, is it because the HPT cant do that without problems or is it injector based that you cant get 20psi without bs3?

PSJ--na,,,waitin for GMHTP to take the pictures for the feature they are doin on it ( dunno when thats gonna be) then mike's gonna bring it back & take it to the local track with me and drive it for me too since my back is still broke from my car accident 5 months ago but, i might try a few passes w/ my back brace on. Hope it gets 9s
2000 Tran Zam-- Im on the stock pcm w/ hptuners
Smokinhawk-- yea its the 3bar but i havent heard hardly anything about it but i think he's suggestin going to the BS3 so i can run big injectors and therefore more boost since my 60's are nearly maxed out, i think.
pump gas here is 93 BTW

hopefully its just the injector reason, i know they have low impedance converters out there, but i dont think speed inc likes them as i have the one off their shop car.
