Like I said, I could sell my camaro, my first car, probably get $8-9k for it. BUT I dont' think I can part with her

Do any of the companies do payments?

So just to double check, I buy the budget kit from one of the sponors, and they will tell me / sell me the fuel upgrades I need.

I don't need any other upgrades other than a clutch pretty damn soon?

Also, once everything is installed, can I start the car? Or should I tow it to a dyno for a tune?

actually phamspeed has a very nice plan.you pay half upfront then the rest is COD so it gives you another couple weeks to get the othe half.buthey dont sell fuel upgrades or such.your on your own.use search this section as many have the upgrades.basic upgrades are fuel pump(ie walboro 255) and injectors(42lbers are good to 550)...besides the kit youll need gauges and a controller

Fuel and the tune are key to being OK. Do not play around get the car tuned by someone that knows what they are doing and you should be in good shape. Also if you do get the fmic you will have to get pipe's made up. Phamspeed does not do that.

thankyou for backing me up on that....OH i forgot i wanted to mention that its a good rule of thumb to NOT drive the car after the kit goes on until its tuned!its different from a cam swap.

If you run a fmic you need the piping from the turbo to the fmic then out of the fmic to the tb. Oil amount should stay the same and yes synthetic is ok.

piping in included from the headers to the turbo but then the rest is up to you,ie turbo through intercooler and FMIC to throttle body as well as wastegate exhaust

should the piping be no problem if I have a tube bender, or rather a friend who knows how to use it! lol

So I need to create the tubing from the FMIC to the engines intake? that has to be pretty big tubing?

Well I would change the oil at least every 3k miles. But I am a freak and did it on all my turbo car's like every 1.2k miles. Now I raced every weekend in philly and at the track plus I couldn't go the store without beating on my car's.

Yeah you could use the bender but you want the pipe's to flow as much as possible. Some of those bender's crimp the pipe up in the bends. 3" piping is what most use.
