The turbo use's the engine oil. Theres a feed from the engine and a drain off the turbo into the oil pan.

so if a tube bender is bad...how do I bend the pipe? heat and force?

So the buget kit is what I'm probably going to get. Does the single turbo kit have any major advantages?

headers that about it cause you can get the turbo with the regualr kit for the budget kit for an extra $220

Well a tube bender can be good only if the guy thats useing it nknows how. You can buy mandrel bends and piece them together. Have someone weld them up. http://www.performance-curve.com/ind...S&Category=345 they have good deals.

Sorry, you confused me with this statement. Could you clear yourself please.

So the pipe that I need to buy is 3", probably SS. I'm assuming the intake to the engine is 3"?

Questions on the upgrades:
TurboXS RFL BOV- $150 -Why would I consider getting this different blow off valve?
PT70 rated at 820hp- $220 -How much extra HP is this really going to get me?
FMIC (comes with no IC piping)- $150 - I'm getting this
S compressor cover w/ 4" inlet and 2.5" outlet (does not add hp)- $75 - What is this?

You should see full boost around 3000 rpm's. The ls1 gets to 3k pretty damn fast, so the lag wont be bad. Not quite sure on the upgraded kit.

Just be prepared to spend more than you had in mind. When you start putting everything together theres a good chance you will end up buying something else. From what I've been told, its also very addicting.
