man im sooo jelous! its coming along so great. i wish pham hadn't pulled the plug on the manifold kit...or that i had a time machine and could go back and order one. but damn that is looking great.

SOM will do, i'll have a nice lil video...want to hear that GT42..suppose to be a nice lil whistler with the anti surge housing being there and all, I hear that the anti surge housing makes getting into boost a lil harder but I don't think that'll be much of an issue to me. Just have to get a few more things(bracket, flange, and move the adj FPR somewhere else) and she's ready to go.

More progress, Tig shop got my GT42 Flange back to me today...20 bucks was all he charged me
I was able to finish the turbo to FMIC intercooler tubes and routing today
One more thing scratched off the short list.
Two of the IC tubes....I welded beads to em and coated em. Crappy but hey I don't have a bead roller
Now its time to let the coating dry, cook em on the grill and slap em on the car....Tomorrow.
I'll be moving my ADJ FPR tomorrow as well...looks like it'll be in the way of the alternator bracket once that shows up.

Nah its a bit away from it(@ lil less than 1/2in, I'll get it below the fins tomorrow was rushing it). I still have room to adjust it by clocking the compressor housing...it was getting late/dark and I wanted to get the turbo sealed back up. I notched the lower radiator support so I can have some room to move it around. The damn gay *** flange on this GT42 is a headache...but I can see your concern the pic makes it look like its right on top of it.....I also haven't tightened the clamp on the flange down all the way, that'll free up some more space too.

Jer...... do u have a battery charger???? Do u Know someone who does?? If so hook it up and fully charge the battery and fire that think up for a few minutes...... you know u want to......

Thanks all. Can't fire it up yet I need to put the alternator bracket on her once it gets here
I have a battery charger, but that'll do me no good as I'd want to throw it in gear and go for a spin right away....best to be patient.
