1020rwhp 860rwtq @ 20psi on my twin turbo
1020rwhp 860rwtq @ 20psi on my twin turbo
Well, we strapped my car on the dyno tonight and made a few pulls (though one of the turbos is leaking a bit of oil )
It made 1020.95rwhp @ 6500 and 860rwtq @ 5,500 with just 20lbs of boost.
This was with C16, and 19deg timing at peak torque, 21 at peak hp.
It is a 347 with a converted vic jr, and a 221/229 hyd roller.
Turbos are Innovative GT61 P-trim .70 a/r
It is very interesting to see the difference of power between my car and INTMD8's who they used to belong to. The same turbos on his car made 847/847 at 20psi boost, and peak hp was at 6,100 or so. (his car does have .69 on centers compared to my .70 tangentials)
We are thinking that my powerband is shifted up because of the single plane intake?
Anyway, once the turbo seal is fixed, we'll turn up the boost some more and see what happens
Im know that this is an f-body forum, but I know alot of you and work on alot of your cars so i figured why not?
And I have accepted the fact that there will be those of you that will bash me because its a mustang and I have accepted that so bash on

Jeebus!!!
Nice numbers!
1) Are you still A2A fmic?
2) How do the oil feeds work compared to your old YSi setup?
3) As a followup to 2, how high do the turbos need to be mounted?

Dan that AMAZING #'s. Congrats !!
I thought for sure, my car broke ur will to work even on ur car .
Not suprised to see these #'s. You and Jim make a great team!
Side note: Cant thank you enough for putting my car back together. I know it wasnt easy especially how you recieved it. Also I know the time you put into it. Putting it together. Only to take it apart again a few times. Jim also.
Amazing job Tom and crew at Speed Inc .
