Interest in custom Fbody alcohol injection kit?
Interest in custom Fbody alcohol injection kit? Would anyone be interested in a customer alcohol injection kit specifically designed for the 4th gen fbodies? I know from personal experience, that it's a pain in the *** to try and customize everything to work within our tight engine bays!
We are looking into supplying kits that will come with a new GM washer tank bottle that will be converted to supply alcohol and will have a low alcohol light as well.
The kits will include:
GM MAP sensor, low level+wiring, modded pump, stainless steel braided lines, filter, progressive, controller, fittings, nozzle, wiring, instructions,
etc.
The pump will be alcohol specific and will not require any extra lubricant which is required on some other low end pumps.
The kit will locate the pump under the drivers head lamp area
on the frame, and runs the hoses from there.
This will give you a nice tidy install and a big easy to fill resevoir.
Introductory pricing would be 569.99.

Verdad Gallardo Thanks for the feedback... Thanks for the feedback. It is going be specific to the 4th gen Fbodies and come with a new GM windshield washer resevoir adapted to work with the kit. It will have have a low fluid light as well and instructions will be specific for the fbodies! It will definitely save a lot of time with having to custom modify the other kits on the market but it will cost a little more than a generic kit. It will also be a much cleaner install.
Id be interested, but could their be a break if we sent our current windshield washer resivour to you?

Phil, that is exactly what alkycontrol provides for the 4th gen when you order from them.
Looks like they have not updated their website to reflect that but it's true. I know because I have one of their kits.

The stock resevoir is only worth 23.00 and the stock pump and sensor have to be removed for all the fittings to be attached. Your best bet is to keep the stock resevoir in a safe place should you ever decide to sell the car.
