Congrats Kurt! Now the fastest turbo truck? Nearly the fastest LSx of any kind. Who is driving Casper?

Dave,
Not sure about the Lightnings, but I ran across a "Hemi" on the way home that looked suprised.

Ryan J,
Two 80mm turbo's now. Shifting at 85-8700rpm today, converter is still to loose. We will work on it.

Todd,
I think the fastest truck is still Bob Rieger's S-10 at 6.6x, I can't hang there. I borrowed the car from Mike Moran, so I called on him to drive it. The 7.52 is the fastest in the states that I know of. The Australia based car went 7.48 with a W2W engine, so that makes it ok kinda.

Great job Kurt. Not bad for a daily driver.

Awesome times!!!

Parish still has you beat with a 10.6@132mph.

Stexx from SilveradoSS.com just went 10.81@131mph with his P1-SC'd SS.

Not sure of his name but there was a guy with a 408 + 300shot in a C3 truck that went 10.8@125 or so.

Allen Nelson went 11.9@111mph on 5psi + stock 6.0L in his OBS STS truck.

You whooped my time so I can't talk.

We have a local guy with a 408 with a F1R, he went 6.98 @ 99mph 1/8th mile last weekend, first time out to the track with new setup, looks like there are quite a few fast trucks out there

Casper is not a truck. Kurt has a daily driver Silverado SS with a turbo setup done in house there. This is Casper:

Not bad for a pickem up truck. Now put some good fuel in there and turn it up.

Wish we could have made it. Should be up there next week though.

My truck was touching 20psi in third when the converter locked. Thank god for methanol injection. I'm using about a gallon of methanol in 3 days now, I have a alchol problem!!

my car does the same thing...15-16 psi till the converter locks with the 3.23 gears. With 3.73 gears, boost stays the same when the converter locks.
