if both cars have same peak horse power...
if a nitrous and FI car have same peak horse power and same peak torque which would win a street race (street tires) and which would win at the track (slicks)
both cars make 900 rwhp and 900 rwtq with a 3200lb. race weight?

If they are making the same power and torque, what does it matter how it makes it?? Are you talking progressive nitrous, turbo, blower, what?? 900rwhp on "street" tires...bfg's, drag radials, mickeys, what?? You have asked a question that can't be anwsered. But you will prob get a heated discussion with some stupidity in it!

as compared to this one:
Keep in mind, its probably completely way off, just my crappy *** paint skillz yo!
but my point im tryin to make is that the total area under the curve is what matters. if you have a power band of lets say 3k where you make all your power like supras, compared to 5k for example with an f body, the one with the larger area under the curve will win.

We assume equally competent drivers in both vehicles.
The gears would play a factor here.
The car with gearing set up to match the power curve best would have an advantage in both cases, I think.
If we also assume equivalent drivetrains, then Pro Stock John is correct about highest average HP having the advantage.
