Pushing 8 to a good 9psi, on a stock block. 540hp 533tq.

With your plans forged and AFRs you could do even better.

These are most of my plans for the car:

-SLP zl402 short block low compression 9:1 compression
-AFR 225cc heads with rev kit and roller rockers
-procharger d-1sc kit with new bigger intercoolers
-comp cams XR269HR-14LS1 Hydraulic roller camshaft .525/.532 lift with 114 degree seperation 1300-6300 rev kit
-quicktime performance headers and timing chain cover with larger oil pump
s-lp heavy duty timing chain
-fast 90/90 set up with ls1speed fuel package set up thinking about buying fast fuel rails intead of the ls1speed ones.
-Be cool radiator to cope with the procharger overheating problem ive heard about.
-going to upgrade to 55 lbs injectors from the 45 lbs ones that come with the procharger kit
-Borla cat back exhaust
-MOser 12 bolt with posi and 33 spline axles and carbon fiber drive shaft
-msd blaster coils with msd wires and NGK TR6 plugs fir a cooler spark

All sound good, I would ditch the fast 90/90 though, spend the money somewhere else. Not a good bang for the buck with F/I yes for N/A

Make Sure you include a ATI superdampner and 8 rib drive. Take those Fast $$$ and put them towards SDCE tensioner setup.

Hope you are not going to run your stock clutch............

Yea i have been wavering on the Fast 90/90 set up ive heard the ls6 manifold is one of the best pieces you can buy by many LS1 engine builders and ive heard that there are much better 90mm throttle bodies out there, i jsut dont know how there fuel rails are.
And also are LS1 seed products quality and reliable.

The problems i see here since ive done it and moved on......

The D1-SC is going to run out of steam... ie not going to be enough if you ever plan on pushing for more then 550rwhp.....
2nd
why are your running a cam that small and with that little lift in a motor that huge and heads that can flow that well??? it a waste.....
The Fast stuff is a big waste sospent your $$ on a LS6 intake and the rest some where else...
another... why are you going to waste yourmoney again onthe quicktime timing cover...... u plan on changing cams each week??? thats what its for.... so the balancer doesnt have to come off each time you change the cam....
When you order the short block have themKey the crank so the balancer doesnt spin on the crank.... or have them pin it.
Use the Motron 60# fuel injectors... there pretty easy to tune....
and the number one thing is get a good tuner...... the tune is what will make or break you.

I recommend SDCE's spring tensioned 8 rib setup if you dont want belt slip....

Not to get off track here but why and how do you feel the D1 will "run out of steam" around 550. I am currently making 540 with a stock block and only 9psi. Have friend making 625-650 with a h/c setup, he to pushing 9psi. I am sure he and I both could squeez a few more psi out of the D1, with no problem provided there were to be no belt slippage problems.

Also had another F/I buddy making just over 600 on a P1 but it was at its limits.

Some people have recommended going wiht the D-1 kit but upgrading the supercharger to an F1, and i do want to run a more aggressive cam. For the quick time cam cover you need to buy that they say to fit in tehre larger oil pump. I am not goign to go with the 90/90 fast setup im jsut going to go with the ls6 manifold, and putting the money towards BMR suspension parts.
