Is this the same car that had 617RWHP on a Mustang dyno that only trapped 121.98? Seems awful low for over 600RWHP? Still very strong but just seems slow for the HP. I'm sure you will be able to shed some light. Bob, what do you have your car down to (et and MPH) now?

Gotta read all the post info. The 121mp run was NOT at 14psi, whereas the 617rwhp Mustang dyno was! G's.

Btw, I ended up running a 13.3@104mph with just a lid/cutout.

Thanks! You have a good looking T/A, I always thought they looked really good in Silver, it doesn't run bad either. Bob

Apparently you missed out on where I wrote that the 1/4 time and mph was at the 6-7lb boost setting, where we were seeing 450rwhp on my Mustang Chassis Dyno. The M/T drag radials at (14 psi - tire pressure) were not able to find traction in 1st and 2nd gear, and the car did not have a roll cage, and we were asked not to make anymore runs.

My car is awaiting the rebuilt 382ci engine that we are putting together for it. Callies crank, Compstar rods, Diamond pistons, Comp cam, Patriot heads, FAST 90mm intake, Nick Williams 90mm throttle body. I will be using a 4" thick OBX front mount intercooler, which will cool the air down much better than the 3.5" twin flow intercoolers. Bob

Update! We found out the maf was faulty. We replaced it which immediately changed the tune. We retuned it yesterday on the low boost (6-7psi) setting, and the rwhp went from 450rwhp to 510rwhp, on my Mustang Chassis Dyno!
I was headed to the track when Brent was tuning this car, so I don't yet know if he got into tuning it on the high boost (14psi) setting. Bob
