I would suggest a BUILT solid motor for something like that, plus a iron block. Maybe even a C5R block. One of those on a built V-8 can make like 1000 rwhp! boost breaks things but HP brakes more.

with a backhalved car you're looking at around mid to low 7s.
you'd definately need a C5-R block for that
