getting programming
What should I ask for? in case I miss something.
Raise idle to 900
raised limiter to 6600
raised shift to 6350
raised maf Frequence?sp
!emmission codes
!TM
!rear o2s
!-2degrees at wot for boost?
adjust for 60psi with 42lb injectors
plan on running 10psi
MTI is doing it for me <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Re: getting programming
I'd remove Torque Management for the tranny.
It is set at 350 RWTQ stock, and and blown, your torque is way higher than that. You'll have nose-dives at each shift because the computer will take away timing at each shift to decrease your torque.
I'd tell them all that you have, down to the tire size and all mods. Let them use their expertise to help you. A dyno with A/F ratios per 100 RPMs and a graph along with ATAP data (Timing Advance and Knock Retard info) would help them adjust the timing for you.
Good luck!

Re: getting programming
Hey Cool28, are you still running the FLP tranny ?
Anyway, here are somethings you might consider
* raise idle (be sure to specify idle in park AND drive)
*delete misfire code
*Set speed limiter higher
*Delete maxed out MAF code
*delete P0751 1-2 shift solenoid stuck code
*Tie in transmission line pressure with TPS (in case you are not using a vacuum shift modulator in the tranny)
Good Luck & let those turbos spoooooooool

Re: getting programming
xxxhp,
I think I know for most of them, but could you explain your logic behind:
*delete misfire code
*Delete maxed out MAF code
*delete P0751 1-2 shift solenoid stuck code
Thanks, man!

Iam not really an expert myself since these were recommended to me by another forum member. But anyway, here is what I know
*delete misfire code - He has B1 cam which could trigger misfire code if he is idling low.
*Delete maxed out MAF code - You'll get this code if you have a ported MAF or a screenless MAF, I don't remember exactly <img src="gr_emb.gif" border="0">
*delete P0751 1-2 shift solenoid stuck code - Converter slippage might trigger this code & cause the converter to unlock

That's good to hear. How many miles do you have on it ? why do you think that it needs some refreshing ?
This tranny is on its way to me & I really hope that it would handle the power of the 422 motor Iam getting soon.
Thanks
