That is some pretty pimp stuff Kurt. I imagine the true intention of staged fueling is for nitrous applications? If not, it would be a good way to use it also.

The reason it was needed is for high hp engines. The 160#hr injectors can only feed 2000hp on gas or 1000hp on methanol. Running 2 160's at the same time makes for impossible idle/burnout troubles. On our dyno, we ran a BB chevy with 24 160#hr injectors on Methanol. When it was idling the first set was on, then at 700hp the second 16 kicked in to run the powerlevels we needed. This gives more ability as the methanol becomes the choice fuel for fast door cars.

So was the BS3 already capable of this, or did Big John just make the necessary alterations and add it to BS3? Pretty good idea. Looking forward to seeing the results. Let me know if you need a driver for the Power Tour

Gotta keep the bench seats in it. Glue a box of Kleenex tissues to the dash. Ultimate sleeper.

be n ice to see he twin rotex blower setup! how much would an alloy version of this motor cost as a creat engine????

It is a different part number box to run 16 injectors or more. It has only been out a short time.
I think we have a few volunteers to drive, I will add you to the list.

It will be in the 10,500. range without a intake manifold. It will include coils to oilpan.

hell yeah kurt thats exactly how i figured it would work. sounds like a perfect way to run a direct port dry shot as well.

Why not do custom internals on the oringal straight 6 and make some power with a fat turbo??

thats a really good price! do you have any more engine specs? and what rotex blowers will you be running?

The blowers will be 38-71's or 38-81's. I have done all my testing with the 38-71 so far, they look good at 955hp to the flywheel. The 38-81 should pic up a little power, we will use these as long as the low speed tq does not suffer.
The engine is a LS2 block, Callies crank/rods, Mahle/W2W boost pistons, Cam Motion/W2W camshaft, GM truck coils, ET ported GM cylinder heads, Smith Brothers pushrods, Morel lifters,ARP main/head studs,Inconel ex valves and GM covers and oilpan.
