Default Initial results With F1 and 8 rib Reichard Racing set up,.

well the pulley didnt slip, i made 580hp at 5600 rpm and the belt broke. I think it was due to the 4:10 gears in the car, the dyno pull was quick like nitrous. I made 15 psi right off the bat then it went to 17 and the belt broke. Hopefully at 6800 ill see 20 or more. Cartek ordered some 3:55 gears and a better belt and will have it back on the car fri. I should make well over 600 so things are going good.

im really excited....lol its all coming together.

By the way, the reichard racing pulley is BAD *** <img border="0" alt="[worship]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[worship]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />

Scott, thanks as always for sharing your gains and your pains. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

That's fantastic that you saw 15 psi finally...

Any idea on why the belt broke, it did it snap or did it burn up or ???

jOHN, it was a shitty belt because the gatorback didnt come in yet and with the 410 it reved so fast the belt snapped. so hopefully the new gears and better belt will solve it.

Hey my pains help everyone else out there out so its worth it.

Scott I talked to jimmy today...orderd up a 3.60" 8 rib blower pully from them...

Asked him about the crank pully, and he said they will be eventually do it, they are just trying to get caught up w/the blower pullies..

I also talked to ASP and ordered up a 7.85" crank pully 8 rib, w/a belt..

So this should be pretty interesting, 5 wait week for the crank pully...
