Good fittment. I do like the intake setup, by the way.
Everything is AEM. Not sure of the box model. Joey wired the entire car, injectors, coils through the AEM.

Why no LS1-style intake? Because the Victor Jr came out and the potential is there for more power. I sold my entire old set-up - heads, cam, intake, even PCM (with LS1 Edit) to a local 98TA. It will be a direct swap for him - once he pays me . We thought we'd try this intake set-up. Actually very easy to swap to the Jr from my old LS6 intake.

The SS is in the final buttoning up stage. SOON, VERY SOON.

Final fuel system and water tank plumbing was finished today. 1 day closer to firing this bad boy up.

Final turbo tightening; coolant system completed. Fuel lines to intake done. Engine bay is almost there. One or two minor things will be here on Monday -- just the waste gates and BOV (they finally shipped them after 2 months of tell us they were shipped). Hoping for firing next week some time.

One of the shop's other projects - a 67 Camaro with a 104MM turbo - is going through the final stages before tuning this weekend. Now that's a bad boy that is going to run. Joey posted a picture of it last fall. Winter is official over and it is ready to get this car ready for the street/strip. I'll attach a picture for you that followed that trend. We'll post the numbers when completed.

Hey David, let me know when you're goin to the track (or the streets for that matter, LOL) I'd love to get some video of the beast.

I have been wanting to take a trip to the track up there, this would give me a good reason.

Will do Kyle. We are still hoping to be at the track next weekend. The SS will see some Friday/Saturday night cruise nights. It will be nice to drive it on the street again, even if it just a night or 2 a month.

Still waiting on the Waste Gates and BOV. People do like to take their time. Oh well. Looks like Waste Gates got here today, and BOV tomorrow. The entire re-wiring of the SS is still ongoing. A lot more to it than 1st thought.

I'm impressed. By your signature do you own a MR2? Where are you from? My son owns a MR2. Turbo'd (T-76), very quick little car. Ran a best of 10.93 at 130+ last year.

Good Luck. Looks like 2008 or 9 will be the next gen Camaro.

Couple more updated pictures as of today. Wiring in done - only plug wires left. Waste gates and BOV are done - only have the vacuum lines left. Not much left. New noise clip will be on tomorrow. Due to the car show will not be able to dyno until hopefully next week.

Here ya go:

Thanks guys.

Would love to met up with everyone for a sometype of gathering - and little friendly racing. Once the car is running a lot of tuning and dialing in of the suspension. I think the biggest limiting factor will be the suspension and the old man behind the wheel .

PSJ. I doubt you'll need any "spots" other than from the night before

Toonz are you still over the land of not-so-right? If so, keep safe and keep your head down. (I was over for the 1st Gulf war in 1991-92.)

David,

I'm still over here, at least until March of '07. I think after that it will be time to come home for a while. My car will be done and I owe it to a few people to just be around for a while to hang out. Plus there's the matter of a new Z06 that I need to take care of.

Not sure what I should be looking for????

If this is yet another "kit". Good luck on your build.

If you are saying this is a "kit" that I bought, you haven't looked at my pictures. There is nothing "kit" about my set-up.

I'm sorry, but I am not a fan of the "kits". Every car has it own goals, and needs. Some want A/C, or power steering, etc, etc. Some street, some street/strip, etc.
