Right on the mark!!! And they lay right next to the ABS!!

No. This is a drag car 1st, and than a Friday night cruise car very much 2nd.

Here's a couple more pictures from today. We got the injector driver in today and is wired. This will stop the "wave" effect of the injectors and hold them at a steady path.

Run 30x10.5x15 on Bogart 15x10 in back. T-400 with a 4200 stall (for now). 12-bolt Moser, with spool and 3.73. We are not going to change tranny or gearing for now. We'll see how this set-up runs. May have to go to a 3.5 or 3.2 series gearing. A glide with an "auto" shifter slenoid maybe in the future, but I have to pay for all this 1st

Thanks everyone for the compliments. As said Joey has put a lot of work into the SS. The SS has finally made it to the front shop to be buttoned up - every bolt, screw, fitting needs to be tightened - and than maybe fired up by weeks end or early next week. Show is only 10 days away.

Not sure what a "watespark system" is - Joey is building the electronics. We have a couple of other V-8's running the same system. To my knowledge - which is not a lot when come to the AEM system - they are matched up, so only 4 terminals are acually used. Maybe Joey can comment on it more.

That be me That little wheelie cost me a bunch - never got my 9's on stock bottom end . Oh well, it led me to do the turbo build about a year or two earlier than I wanted. Now I can't wait to drive the beast. It should be wild on the street

Had to:

- cut lower half of outer rear fender wells 2-3"
- remove bump stops
- BFH mod
- re-shape the inter part of the rear fender wells with some sheet metal - next step is mini-tub

Rear end is narrowed about 1.5". B/S on wheels are 6.5". Tucks very well.

Rear springs are stockers that have been cut.

Here's a recent picture of the ride.

SSilverSSufer

Experience of my sponsor/tuner/fabricator/mechanic - Joey from Excessive AutoSports. He is very experienced with AEM, and we have never seen anyone from up here run a BS system. And no way was the stock PCM going to handle this tune.

Final fuel system and water tank plumbing was finished today. 1 day closer to firing this bad boy up.

Thanks. By your signatures your's looks very stout also

This year has the appearance of an outstanding season. I can't believe how many people are going turbo - and big ones at that.

Should be a blast.

Default comparable to my project...

I am building a 6.0 for turbocharging right now. I also am an AEM dealer/Tuner. The EMS is bad-***. What EMS box, ignition box, and wiring harness are you using? I have a 1050 box, MSD DIS4 and the P&P kit. Why no LS1-style intake? Nor a Sheetmetal?

Good fittment. I do like the intake setup, by the way.
