Getting a pay raise at work shortly... Then my turbos will be at the same place. Don't suppose they do ceramic coatings also? Could ship it all off to want place. Wouldn't that be nice.

They do ceramic (Jet Hot) . Here's some triple secret stuff for ya (don't tell Cablebandit...ok) The Incons come with a custom cast TO4B compressor housing with cast mounts for the wastegate actuator.

Mike (Blouch) custom built a TO4E compressor housing mock up turbo for me to trial fit on the Incon kit....if it works hello 60lbs flow per turbo and 1200 potential engine horsepower.

Dang, I forgot you still posted in here...lol...

BTW, I'm not an official *** until these things fit

Hardest part will be mounting the wastegate actuators...compressors "look" like they will fit with a little hammer mod.

OUTSTANDING... Let us know how it goes so I know if I'm ordering one setup or the other... I'm all about the hammer mod, BTW. SawZaw maod is another personal favorite!!!

I wonder if relocating the oil filter would make it easier...

did you look at the better flowing downpipe part with the wastegate actuator from ATP Turbo?

looking good. how soon till you can mock those bad boys up on your car? Also, if the mock up is successful, what's the price difference between those and the ones cablebandit got?

Yep, has to flow much more but it's for a T3...emailed them and they never responded.

End of October, possibly into November since I'm going to redo the Incon system with coating, porting, etc when I take it off.

I'd guess no more than $200 over the standard upgrade.

you should be able to push 750rw with your setup, the rear at that level wont last long.

You should get the rear for now, run what you have, get used to it, and do the bigger turbos next season and push for 850 - 900rw.

by then all the bugs will be worked out and youll be ready for more power.

Or you could get the bigger turbos now, run for a bit, blow the rear, and look at the car in the garage till next season when you can afford a new rear.

Just got my Incon kit back on the 'Hawk. (Thanks Steve-o for the great help!)
On the initial drive @ 1am, I eyed the boost gauge, and it would hit 5psi for a second and then spike upwards. I bet one of the wastegates has a poor seal with the vaccum line... it keeps climbing while the other one stays @ 5psi.
It spiked up to 7-8 and once a quick flash up to 10psi before dropping. I doubt the engine was hurt with those low-rpm pressure spikes. It seemed fine afterwards.

I'm running low boost because I want the car trouble free... for now.

At least it's already tuned. I'll check the wastegates tomorrow and go for a cruise.

Best way to check them is manually with a Mityvac....easy to do ...just hook the MV to the vac line leading to the gate and slowly pump the thing until the gate just starts to open....you can fine adjust them that way to get each one opening at the same time.
