Great find! I will have to check those out as well.

For the time being, I picked up a set of these:

I've got a good idea for my 3rd DIY kit using these and still retaining my a/c but with stock fans.

Where are you putting the turbo? High by the battery tray? That will be an interesting build for sure.

Can anyone confirm what the other manifold looks like????
I looked it up and they appear to be mirror images of each other. When I looked further it appears the one shown above was 12569053. The other side 12569054 looks like it may be flatter (does not extend down as far when mounted) and has an attachment for EGR.

PSJ, I will try to send you some screen dumps so you can post up some pics for reference.

Thank you for looking into that!!! Are they symmetrical enough to flip them and use them for a top mounted TT setup?

Pics would be great!

Thanks again for your help.

you can't use them both from the GP because the rear one dumps in the center, and has an additonal pipe for joing the crossover pipe on. I can't see that working very well...

Bigred is probably right, the nova guy mentions that the other manifold is unuseable because it has two outlets or something like that.

Smokin, i'm not really talkin about myself and a/c, but for those who want to keep a/c and go with GM manifolds, this might be the hot ticket.

And if it does work with the a/c compressor...and I was to rerun my a/c I'd just keep the DP under the k member as it sits now....

No, you're right. Here's a link to an ebay auction where someone is selling one of those motors, gives you a good idea of what both sides look like: link

I think I'll give it a shot. I work for an automotive shop, and just called the local GM house we order parts through. They said they could get one for me, and if it wasn't going to work, I could just send it back (provided it hasn't been bolted up, of course... ).

Those are LS2 Corvette manifolds, right? If so, I tried my pair off the C6 on the racecar and those outlet flanges run right into the shock towers. No room at all to fit them in the 4th gen. I tried them upside down with the flanges aimed to the front of the car, no room at all there.

But, they might work for my '69 Camaro project

Exactly Don, Don't need to use both. The truck mani on the driver side and the GP mani on the pass side.

Even if it doesn't allow A/C usage it still outlets better on the passenger side for those with stock K members. Those with stock k members using both truck manifolds have to notch the K member on the passenger side for the manifold to clear it.

good point, and the Grand Prix on the passenger side should allow more clearance for a big downpipe.

lol, both would work good for anyone that plans a crossover over the bellhousing, and to mount the turbo on the back, passenger side of the car... lol.
