Default GLM Tuned 382/Vortech (719hp 757tq)

First I would like to thank Bob and Brent at Exotic Performance Plus for the use of his dyno on this.

Quick run down of the mods as I know them. I didn't build the car, just tuned it with EFILive Custom 2bar OS.

Built 382
Vortech T trim 13lbs
80shot N20
M6 with 3.42's

I have enclosed both Motor only and N20 graphs. Needles to say I am VERY happy on the numbers from this car considering it is on a mustang dyno.

Motor - 637/665

Motor+N20 - 719/757

Timing was consertative as well as the AFR. I could have pulled some more out of her, but I wanted to leave it safe for the customer.

congrats man, I'm looking to spray my car in the future. Just curious why you went with the V trim instead of a T or Ysi.

What is a V-trim? I see no listing for it on Vortech's site. They are all named V-#, where # is the series (V-1, V-2, etc.), not the trim.

It could be that he means its the G trim blower that is called the V-9 kit from Vortech however the G trim would run out of breath on a 382 and wouldn't be able to push that much volume on that cubic inched motor.

i'm thinking its probably a T trim, my friend made similar numbers on a built 382 with a T trim.

Those are exceptionally high numbers for a V-1 on a 382, Mustang dyno no less! And a non-sprayed power peak of 5360 with a centrifugal?

Any idea what cam was in there?

The V-1 is the S & T trim. It is most likely a T. The numbers look right. MelloYello made 650 with his T. I believe I would be over 600rwhp if the car was a stick.

It is most likely a T.
I agree. I've maxed out my S-trim (V-2 but very similar) at only 7.5# on my 383.

The T would put it right in that number range.

I'm looking forward to the details...

Good numbers. I wish I would have done a 383 now seeing that TQ. For sure that is a V-1 race m T trim. What size off pulley? I think with a 2.85 you get 13psi. Im using the 2.95 pulley right now with 11 psi.

Thanks for the info guys. I am still trying to get all the details as I am very curious as to the exact specs of the car. When he dropped it off he didn't really know much about it.

so what's the deal with this car? i know this is 2.5 years old. what kind of cam did he use? also did he go with the eagle 4" crank? what heads etc? and what is the pulley i should roll with to get about 16 psi max out of a f1 procharger? my goal is about 700 to the WHEELS without spray. I wanted to build to a 382
