Precision Turbos rating at the crank is-

630hp each for the PTB300-6152

680hp each for the GT35R's

750hp each for the PT67 P-trim's.

The actual horsepower the system is capable of will only be known when it is pushed on the dyno, but expect it to be quite a bit less than what the turbos are rated for as compromises to horsepower were made for ease of maintenance and retaining all of the accessories.

Any of the turbos could probably do 800+rwhp. I doubt the system could eclipse 1000rwhp but I would love to be proven wrong. That is my best guess until I have some actual dyno numbers.

promod1955- We can do different colors of powdercoating but prefer to do the hotside in black as the silver tends to frost over.

Got Me SOM- Sure, no problem.
gotcha. looking foreward to some numbers.

jim, all i have to say is that you are a GOD! you have done it again, i can't wait till the finish product is done and running, then i am really looking forward to see some more "race cars" get smacked around by a true street car again. it never gets old.

I was tossed between a Procharger or single turbo kit, but I would like to see this twin turbo setup in my '02 TA.

Again, thanks everyone.

I just got in from taking my car out for a ride with the new system on it. So far everything is great. No leaks, no rattles, and I've just got into the gas a little bit, it seems like boost is nearly instant (though it is very cold here right now). Rolling away from a stop sign at idle and it had boost instantly.

I was originally going to run an 01 zo6 cam, but found out the hard way that I actually had an LS2 cam which has no reluctor for the cam sensor.

Sooooo, I spec'd a 216/216 @.050 114lsa cam from comp and Dan and I installed it this afternoon. Even through the 4in magnaflow muffler the car is very mellow at idle and cruising.

If their are no problems during the drive to work tomorrow I'll have her on the dyno in the afternoon. Short recap of the combo is-

Stock shortblock, 216/216 cam, unported truck heads with 918 springs, comp pushrods. Speed Inc. twin turbo system with GT35R's, 8psi base springs, 3.5in intermediate pipe going into a 4in magnaflow muffler and single 4in tailpipe. LS7 clutch, stock 10bolt with 3.73's.
