We finished the first duplicated system today. That, and the original system will be going out for coating this week as we start on the next one. When they get back from coating we'll install one of the systems on my car, take detailed pictures of everything, and put her on the dyno.

Right now we do not have plans of selling the headers seperately. Not sure what would be done with them exactly as I would think someone capable of building the rest of the system could fabricate the headers as well.

Subscribing! I know this may be a little early, but what would it cost to have you guys install the kit? Are you still shooting at 8,000 for the kit price? Thanks Jim! Keep up the incredible work!

I can understand if you don't want to sell the manifolds alone, or a hotside kit, but the reason of why, I believe you said it best earlier in this thread

CAT3- As far as using stock manifolds, you could build a system that way (that was the very first version of CAS's twins), but turbo placement is less than optimal and plumbing/drainback becomes a problem. With the way mine is set up, the turbos have to be exactly where they are. I spent an entire weekend making adjustable brackets and playing around with turbo placement until everything was in the best position.
The fact the homework is done for you, and not having to keep adjusting everything during the build, would be worth the $500-1500 more than parts it would cost to buy the part, vs building them.

I really like this setup, great work

This is exactly why I asked. I dont want the hassel of messing with turbo placement and it would be worth the cost of the headers so my car wouldnt be down as long as its a daily driver. If you dont want to sell the headers and turbo's seperate its perfectly understandable. I just want the car back on the road asap. Im sure you understand.

Yes, I can see how it would give someone a good head start. I'll consider it in the future, but for now we will continue to build the 5 complete systems that we have the materials for.
