Quick questions... what are the specs of the GT35Rs? If we're talking Garrett's GT35Rs (I guess it's the 82mm) can we specify what a/r we'd like? I'm thinking either the .82 or 1.06... or if I wanted to, could I just go with their 71mm?

Thanks

I first would like to say how nice this kit looks and that I seriously hope to be one of the first 5 to get my hands on one...just got to sell my GSX-R...

Also, let me get this straight, so you guys are using a Garrett GT35R center section and compressor housing and a Precision exhaust housing? Just wondering. I didn't know you could interchange different brand parts like that...or maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about and thats not what your doing at all!!!

Doesn't really matter, I was just trying to figure out what the deal was.

Thanks for putting the time and effort into a really nice setup! I hope you sell a ton of them and show other companies what a REAL "street" turbo setup can do!!!

I would guess, if EVERYTHING around it could support it, the turbos are "good for" over 500 hp each... in a perfect world I could see this tipping the scales between 800-900 + rwhp... but I would bet that most delivered kits end up of the 650-750 based on boost levels and support systems... unless someone dumps in alot of cake fora forged motoer, serious fuel, rear, chassis work and so on. A stock bottom end is proven into the 600's plus, but Im sure this reputable shop would add an " * " with any hp promises.
Speed inc. is the best vendor I have ever dealt with and there is NEVER a fear of not getting the service and support needed throughout the sales process, and after... at least thats my personal experience.

We should be recieving all of our materials sometime next week at which point production will start.

After the first few sets are built in the jigs and I confirm proper fitment in the vehicle, I'll send out the parts for my car to be ceramic coated so I can install them and get some dyno numbers. (on the stock shortblock with truck heads).

Is this kit going to be sold to the public? Or in house install only?

Yes, though I would recommend that it be installed by someone with good mechanical and turbo knowledge that has attention to detail.

I'm going to take plenty of pictures during the final install on my SS that should help with installation, though IMHO it's rather simple.

Oh no buddy, we're doing a big single

Besides my car doesn't have A/C or heat anyways, it's a great setup for a street car.
