Just for the record guys, this is not just small claims, this is Federal. Swindeling over the net is akin to mail fraud across state lines.There are issues in Markos favor here, but its a fight someone should fight. I cant help but wonder if the IRS knows about Hi-Flo and the deposits taken.

I talked to Bill about an hour ago. He indicated that Marko had ordered some parts last week. My suggestion is that the folks with uncompleted kits call Bill and see what parts are for sure ordered. Sounds like blow-offs for example are not ordered. Bill is for sure doing what he can do, so keep that in mind when talking to him. I reiterated that I would be willing to check on stuff for folks by going there and looking at what is being shipped.

I think it is time. These 2 are going to drag this **** on for who knows how long. You guys need to give Marko a FIRM date to have all missing item shipped and received. If he doesn't meet it, go after him legally as a group.

I agree I just do not want to buy something that we will get sent to us in a week or two? We are caught in between a rock and a hard place there is not obvious right thing to do. We need to ask Bill what is for sure getting sent to us and what is a maybe. Then I might go order the maybe things online. Whoever talks to Bill or Mark first lets try and find out the answer to that question. The BOV and WG's have not been ordered, but are they? What is wrong with the BOV and Wg they want to order and send us? I would rather not spend another 250 dollars if not needed. It would be 500 dollars to order a BOV and WG.

IMO the things we really need are the missing piping/intercooler and couplers. Everything else will be fairly simple to order ourselves.
