New numbers with the D1SC!!!!!!
Well swaped out my P1SC for a D1SC last night. Also went from a 4.00 pulley to 4.10-boost went from 9 to 11 psi. Pretty happy with the results 644 rwhp@6400 rpm versus 606rwhp@6800 rpm, torque went from 488 at 5200rpm to 542@5400 rpm. I didn't do any tuning just strapped it it on and made one pull-just played around with the AFR on the street and backed of timing a tad. AFR was around 10.25 up to 6000 after that it leaned out to around 11.5 up to 6500. This still through the factory cats. Car feels like a monster on the street the hit in torque is very noticable-pretty happy just gotta get to the track and get this car into the 10's! Here's the graph:

Most excellent! That's a big increase. So how are you controlling detonation with 11:1 SCR? I'm considering selling my 59cc AFR 225s for some 72cc AFR 225s so I can run forced induction. Just wondering if your solution is 24/7 streetable.

Patrick I sold the AFR's when I went with the blower. I'm using a set of stock 317 heads milled to 69.5cc-with my valve releifs my static is 9.85. My knoc tables are completetly stock-and with the meth-I see absolutely 0 knock ever! Patrick you'll love the blower-my car can pass any e-test or curbside inspection-drives like stock, idles like stock but goes like snot-you'll love it!

Great news. What cam are you running? LS6 intake or FAST?

It's funny...so many guys that say you don't need ported heads when running a blower or you don't need FAST intake running a blower, "just turn up the boost"...they're the ones making 550 rwhp at 10psi. Then I see guys with AFRs and FAST make 650 rwhp with the same 10 psi boost.I don't see a reason to dump the FAST for an LS6, but maybe you guys have seen differently. Anyone can turn up the boost, but power is more about cfm than boost.

congrats man, that is a NICE difference
What is your WOT timing now? 15-16 degrees?
Patrick, not only does the FAST risk breaking, it'll leak before it breaks. You'll get good coin for it so I'd sell it and put on an LS6.

I'm just running the factory LS6 intake Patrick G. You have the Mamo ported Fast so of course it's going to be better. I don't know if there is anytruth to it but I have heard that don't like being presurrized for boost? The cam I'm currently running is Lunati Voodoo grind-not your typical blower cam. It's a 222/228 .567/.567 113+4 . I have a custom blower cam from Slowhawk that I will be trying next year with my forged motor-I just didn't want to put it in know incase this stock block splits in half and takes the cam out with it.
JMBLOWNWS6 you really have convince your customer to get the D1SC-it is a much better choice. I actually grabbed this head unit off a Mustang for great price-reclocked the oil slinger and was good to go.

LOL, let me guess, ex 5.0 mustang owner? you wont split an LS1 in half....
to the person who was confused about the statement of horsepower being more about cfm than a boost number, I have a car making this same rwhp as this car (~650rwhp)with 3-4 LESS PSI, stock bottom end z06 as well. think about it.
