Default Water intercooler heat exchanger
I'm looking for the a heat exchanger like on the the tti race kit. it helps cool the water returning to the main tank. is this just a regular cooler like a trans cooler or is there a special one? Any lead/links would be great. Thanks again.

The one like have have is just a regular oil cooler.

Yea for sure. Because I had a vortech car @ the shop and he damaged his cooler. So I go the name off the cooler and bypassed vortech

if you are using it for road use you want to make the pre rad (thats what your talking about) as BIG as you can!! otherwise it will heat soak like hell!!!

i have seen some bigger then a car rad!!!

Speak to AmericanHP he is having one built for his 800rwhp KB 402 LS2.

Your right..

I am using an AFCO Pro series heat exchanger for a Ford Lightning. Its a dual pass exchanger. The measurements are (Guestimate) 26"L x 7-8" tall x 2" thick.

Its pretty bad ***.
