Only way a 76mm would work , is if was a S76. They use a big turbine wheel. They now have a new LDP "Low drive pressure" wheel. Which is suppose to be made for high backpressure situations.

A standard 76 will drop like a rock on that size of a motor.

T76 = too small. I'm not even able to make it to 6500 rpms on my 370 at 15psi. I can do it on 12psi.

T6 flanged T88 will work MUCH better than the T76 if you are going to 1.8 bar and up.

You will usually find me advocating the use of the T76 on larger displacements than most. I believe that it will do reasonably well up to 400 cid, whereas most say to cut it off at 350 cid. However, 465 cid I even believe is too big for it. The T6 flanged will do better, but ideally you would need a T6 flanged 88 or 91, bigger if it's drag-only.

Go with an S80 or S85 for only that kind of boost.

Correct, the S80 would work, but the 85 is probably a better canidate. 6500rpms on a 7.5L engine is ALOT of air if it has heads that are worth any count.

With a 76mm turbo i dont think you would even get to 14psi...... ive been there LOL with a T6 Flanged 76mm turbo.......
With those cubes id go with an 88 or bigger.... for quick spooling and a blast to drive.... id bet over 800rwhp at 14 psi with an 88......

Have to agree with my little brother above... you'll need something a bit bigger than the 76.
