STS install pics... and stuff...
here is my size:
and you can probably call spearco and order it from them or something or just have someone make you something this size such as TRT Turbo, as they on the other hand are a great company and very responsive!!!!
and a thank goes out to JAvenger007!
Its a snug fit so DO NOT go any larger than that if you want it to fit with no modifications to the bumper

Heres a pic illustrating it. The big red dot represents the foglight opening of the bumper that sits right next to the IC:

yeh man, me and my dad thought about saving the bird and thats the only thing we could come up with. We both wanted to cut out the top all the way and have no circles, just attachment to the top of the license plate frame at the tips of the wings and the bottom part below the bottom tail feather, BUT we were afraid that it would flap back and forth in the wind at 100mph

even with the bird cut like that i get good airflow, it was 78 degrees outside and after getting on it through all of 4th gear my IATs were not even 95 degrees and quickly cooled back down to 84. I'm only seeing ~3 to 3.5psi of boost right now so I am getting some pressure loss.
where can i buy springs to put in my wastegate so its just that simple to put in a say 7psi or 8psi spring and not have to run lines everywhere or such?

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
For those that keep asking about the STS booklet as they get used kits and people aren't organized and keep the book with them or something like that.
I can email you the booklet.
YOU WILL NEED ADOBE ACROBAT READER. I have it put into 4 acrobat pdf files.
Luckily no oil made it to the intake.
If this had happened during driving we would have lost the engine.

SO.. I'm going to call STS and talk with them, but as of right now I'm in the market for a turbo fix, or a BRAND NEW turbo. Dr.Turbo..and TRTTurbo, I will be talking with you soon via PM.
I had a 60-1 garrett turbo before it failed... I'm looking at a replacement for this turbo from either Garrett or Turbonetics (any other good companies??) and I'm only going to be running 7psi.. so I don't need a turbo good to 30psi or anything, just 0-15psi or so.
I'm looking for something similar to replace it.. somewhere in the 52-64mm range...idk what they make as I haven't looked much into it yet but what would yall recommend?

the only reason I didn't cut out to the wings up in the top middle above the birds head is I was afraid it might not be strong enough to stay steady at 100+mph....LOL it would start flapping like a bird, HAHAHAHAH
AAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh.... sorry guys/gals gotta vent
) to alarm me if the pump dies. Where are the STS dealers on here? I need a brand new replacement from STS ,
I need a Oil pump, rear pressure switch (and what psi does this operate at?), and front pressure switch.
The pump is actually called a scavenge pump, and you can find it in its generic state (no STS label on it) on the web, or you can find a "better" unit if you wanted to do that.
I saw this one:
http://www.rbracing-rsr.com/partnumbers.htm#oilscavenge
and some from turbowerx that porsches use from 240 to 350
but i want to know what others are using.
STS's pump is a POS, this thing has less than 8k miles on it and its dead, i wish you could hear it. It sounds like a dieing cat. Connected straight to a 12V battery it sounds this bad, and I dumped another 2qts of oil. I'm not moving it... gonna jack her up and replace this sucker
ALL STS users GET A NEW SCAVENGE OIL PUMP, IF STS has replaced it with a new unit since 2 years ago fine its probably better but this one is a piece.

Noted you have the STS "MAF" pipe modded and into the TB now. Pretty nifty idea too.
