Typically stock pistons and rods can survive with 500-600 rwhp with a very safe tune.
If you want powersteering, youre going to need a rack and pump from a 4th gen v8 car. What size tire underneath the car would depend on width and heigth combined. You can fit a 28x 10.5,28x10.5w, 29x10.5, i've even heard of some running 30'' tires on non-mini tubbed cars.

Yep, thats me. Are you wanting to run a stock rack looped? Or go manual rack?

I'm not positive about the rack, but I do think they are different, as well as the k member.

I recommend shooting for 8 psi with a stock bottom end. I also don't like to see the rwhp on my Mustang Chassis Dyno go much past 500 with a stock bottom end. This would be about 550 rwhp on a DynoJet. Some survive past that mark, but most don't. Bob
